In this consult, you will learn the quickest way to begin releasing body fat and how to flip the limiting beliefs keeping you stuck. You will leave this session with the simple daily action steps as well the tools to stop emotional eating.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to your appointment time. If within 24 hours of your appointment time, no changes may be made and your appointment will be charged in full. Prepaid amounts and/or partial deposits will be retained and are non-refundable.
