Service Description
Experience hot yoga/stretching inside our largest infrared sauna that combines infrared dry heat with guided video yoga and/or stretching routines that are easy to follow. To further enhance the experience, add halotherapy (dry salt inhalation) to clean your lungs and enhance your breathing.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to your appointment time. If within 24 hours of your appointment time, no changes may be made and your appointment will be charged in full. Prepaid amounts and/or partial deposits will be retained and are non-refundable.
