All About Erin
I’m Erin, a U.S. Air Force Veteran and holistic wellness practitioner with a strong foundation in both traditional healthcare and energy healing. With over a decade of personal experience in Reiki, I discovered its powerful ability to bring calm, clarity, and healing to the body, mind, and spirit. That personal journey led me to pursue formal training, and I now offer Reiki sessions through my business, Lily of the Wind, LLC, based at Synergy Wellness Center.
I trained through Red Pine Reiki, LLC, completing certifications in Usui Reiki Ryōhō Shoden (Level I), Okuden (Level II), and most recently Shinpiden (Reiki Master/Teacher Level). I am also currently working toward my Yoga Teacher Certification, continuing to expand the holistic services I provide.
My professional background includes working as a Certified Medical Assistant, which grounds my practice in clinical knowledge and compassionate care. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management and Organizational Leadership from Viterbo University in 2016, followed by completion of an MBA in Servant Leadership and Project Management in 2018. This blend of formal healthcare training, leadership education, and holistic practice allows me to support clients in a grounded, thoughtful, and effective way.
I’m also deeply connected to the natural world—gardening, hiking, and spending time outdoors are essential parts of my wellness philosophy. I believe in the healing power of nature, and that belief flows into my Reiki practice. Each session is a personalized experience, helping clients release tension, restore balance, and connect with themselves more deeply.
