Therapeutic Massage Catered towards your current needs and goals, this service uses a variety of massage techniques. Brandon has a naturally firm pressure but will happily use light to medium pressure for those who prefer it. With this service, you will be under a sheet and blanket. This is better suited for those seeking general relaxation and unwinding. To enhance the effectiveness of your massage, add on options, such as cupping, hot stones, or heated muscle scraping can be selected. For those seeking more lasting therapeutic value and/or postural improvement, see the Active Bodywork/Sports Massage service option. Active Bodywork/Sports Massage Active Bodywork/Sports Massage is designed for individuals who seek improvement in their mobility, alignment and ease of movement. The service will include a brief posture and movement assessment to determine where restricted and tight areas are present. During the session, the client will move through simple stretches and ranges of motion as the techniques are being applied; this helps improve mobility and coordination. What to wear For this service, we do not use sheets or blankets. Options for clothing include: short athletic shorts, spandex shorts, full coverage bra, sports bra or tank top for women.
