Service Description
The instructor of this class is a prerecorded workout via YouTube presented on our huge projector screen. Why use our studio to do virtual Pilates when you could do it at home for free? Because our studio allows you to have room to move (without tripping over furniture, the dog, power cords, etc.) and without the kids (or the phone or the doorbell) interrupting your workout. Also, using our studio gives you the opportunity to do Pilates with your friends, family or colleagues.

Cancelation Policy
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to your appointment time. If within 24 hours of your appointment time, no changes may be made and your appointment will be charged in full. Prepaid amounts and/or partial deposits will be retained and are non-refundable.
