Massage has many benefits such as reducing stress, improves circulation, helps reduce pain, improves sleep quality, increased flexibility, helps elevate mood and reduce depression and anxiety, and improves and promotes healing.

All About Savannah

Savannah graduated from Madison College in 2019 with a degree in Massage Therapy. After graduating, Savannah worked for a chiropractic office alongside a number of doctors with the ultimate goal of helping restore patients to their physical potential. She worked with a lot of the elderly, whiplash victims, sports injuries, and pregnant women who all had an array of different needs and treatment plans. 


Savannah specializes in deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage and working with accident/injury victims. In her free time, Savannah enjoys rock climbing, cooking, sewing and playing guitar.
